First, someone has to find you

If the right people can't find your work, they can't buy it.

You don't need a big audience. You need the right people to see what you make.

This is you if…

  • You post, you share, and you hear crickets.
  • Your art is good — and still too hard to find.
  • Likes and “love this!” comments never turn into orders.
  • You've done the courses and still haven't launched anything.
  • The people who would happily buy from you have no way to find you.

First we get you seen. Then we help the right people buy. Then we help them buy again.

By November 6

A live shop. Your first customers. And a launch you didn't do alone.

I'm In, Let's Build It →

If this feels familiar

People already love what you make.

01

Sales feel unpredictable.

A good month is great. You just don't know if you can repeat it.

02

Every launch starts from zero.

Make it. Post it. Sell it. Then do the whole thing again.

03

Customers buy — then disappear.

You need a simple way to stay connected and bring them back.

People already love the art. Now let's build what happens next.

You already have the talent.
What you need is the structure.

Your own shop. Your own list. A way to turn a first buyer into a repeat customer. That’s what leverage is: building once, then getting paid from it more than one way.

Your roadmap, already built

You don't have to figure out
what to do first. We'll show you what comes next.

Six steps. One clear path. We build it with you from customer to launch.

03

Move

That's the path. We'll build it together.

I started Gingiber in 2009 while managing a Starbucks.

No team, no following, no idea where to sell. One product at a time, one customer at a time, until the customers started coming back.

What makes this different

By November 6, your launch is live and you're open for orders.

The final two weeks, we build your launch together.

  • Your product or collection is ready to sell.
  • Your place to buy is ready — whether that's a new shop or one you already have.
  • Your launch email is ready to send to your list.
  • On November 6, you open for orders.
We launch together on November 6. I’m live with the coach team while your whole class opens. If something goes wrong, we fix it with you.

What you leave with

This isn't practice. Your launch is live.

Your product is live. People have something to buy.
Your launch is out. You've told people about it.
Your checkout is open. This is a real launch, not practice.
Already selling?

Make Launch Day your next real launch.

Launch a new product or collection with a clear plan, your existing customers, and the coach team behind you.

Starting from zero?

You do not need finished inventory.

Open with pre-orders and let your first customers order before the finished product exists.

Bonus · The Launch Day Spotlight

Be one of the first 100 shops to launch and get featured in both holiday gift guides.

The first 100 shops that open on November 6 will be featured in my Black Friday gift guide and Christmas gift guide, sent to my 200,000 newsletter subscribers. Any selling platform counts.

  • Find the right companies for your style.
  • Pitch with confidence.

A happy Gingiber package ready to ship
  • If your only goal is a full-time online course business, that's a different program. Here, teaching is one more income stream next to your products and licensing, and there's a bonus masterclass for it.
  • This is done with you, not for you. You get the tools, the videos, and live calls. You still need to show up.
  • Already running a 7-figure brand with a team? You may be past this. This room is for makers building the foundation.

If none of those rule you out, this was built for you.

This is for makers who are ready to get organized, make consistent sales, and build a business that fits your life.

You want a clear plan

You want to build with support

Before You Ask

Is this for a beginner? +

Yes. The first two steps give a beginner the setup most people skip: your business basics, your accounts, ten pieces of art in one folder, your first five messages sent. If you've never sold a thing, you start there. You're not behind.

What about digital products? +

Yes. You'll build your product page on Etsy, Shopify, or your own site instead of SnailMailHQ. Same dates. Same build. Same November 6 launch.

I already have a shop. +

Good. You're building your November 6 release on the shop you already have. Skip the setup lessons you don't need and jump into the pieces that move your business forward.

Will this work for what I make? +

If someone can buy something from you, it's the same build: prints, originals, cards, patterns, jewelry, wooden things, digital things, food, candles.

The core Leverage curriculum is built around selling art and creative products, not building an online course business. Teaching isn't a module this year. It's a bonus masterclass: From Artist to Educator. One honest exception: if you sell a service with nothing to ship or download, this isn't the year for you.

Do I have to start a monthly club? +

No. On November 6 you launch one thing your best customers can come back for: a limited edition, a collectible, a seasonal drop, a pre-order, or a club. A club is what I run and what I'd recommend if you're unsure. The build is the same either way.

Already have a shop? Keep it. You'll add the list and the repeat offer underneath it and launch from there.

I don't have a big audience. +

You don't need tens of thousands of followers before you're allowed to build a business. You need the right people, and building that list is part of the class.

I'm terrible at marketing. +

Marketing gets a whole lot easier when you're clear about what you're selling and why somebody wants it. That clarity is what we build first.

I don't have time to create a product in six weeks. +

You don't have to start from scratch. If you already have something you make or sell, you can use it. If you're starting something new, we'll help you choose a product with a realistic timeline for November 6, including products that can be produced quickly or launched as a preorder.

You can begin with what you know now. Then, as you learn more about your customer inside Leverage, you'll use that information to make your next product even stronger.

I can't ship things / I'm outside the US. +

Mail is one option, not the only one. Digital, printable, print-on-demand and made-to-order all work on the platform, and the coach team has students launching from the UK, Poland, Denmark and beyond.

Do I have to use SnailMailHQ? +

Only if you need a storefront. It's where we build together, so you're not learning Shopify while learning the business. Six months of the Studio plan are included, starting when your account is created. After six months it's $19.97 a month, or free on Starter. Or move your shop anywhere; the course covers Shopify and Patreon too.

It runs on Stripe, so it works in the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. Every bonus, including the Launch Day Spotlight, counts on any platform.

What are the dates, and how many hours a week? +

The class runs six weeks, and modules land weekly on Mondays. Module 1 is Oct 5; Launch Day is Friday, Nov 6.

Live calls are Thursdays at 2 PM Central with Stacie, Fridays at 4 PM Central for Mindset Reset with Debby Lightman, and Wednesdays at 1 PM Central for guest interviews in Modules 3 and 4. Kick-off is Thursday Oct 1 at 2 PM Central; Graduation is Thursday Nov 12 at 1 PM Central.

And every call is recorded , with the replay and transcript within a day (tech permitting), so your schedule or time zone can't cost you the answer.

Plan on five to ten hours a week.

What if my product isn't ready by November 6? +

You still launch. Launch Day means your page is live with a price, a working checkout, and a first ship date. That's the pre-order model: people buy first, you make and ship after. Plenty of shops open for orders before the first box goes out.

What you can't do is wait until it's perfect. We'd rather you launch a real page in November than a perfect one never.

Where can I see the full curriculum? +

Right here: the full syllabus is above, every module and every date.

I've taken Leverage before. +

Don't buy through this page. Email [email protected] for your alumni rate.

I applied for a scholarship. Should I wait? +

No need to wait. Scholarship winners have already been announced. If you were awarded one after enrolling, we refunded you in full.

Can I buy after Sept 25? +

No. The cart closes Friday, Sept 25 at 11:59 PM Central, or when seats are gone, whichever comes first. The price never drops, so there is nothing to wait for.

What if I fall behind? +

Every call has a replay and transcript within a day (barring the rare technical hiccup), the coach team answers within 24 hours, and you keep lifetime access to your version of the course.

Questions answered? Your seat is waiting.

One last thing

By November 6, it's built.

A year will pass either way. You can keep thinking about the business you want to build. Or you can build it.

This is the year your art gets somewhere to go.

In six weeks, you'll know who you're selling to, have something to sell, a shop to sell it from, and a real launch on the calendar.

You do not need to have all of this figured out before you start.

Pick one product. Show up. We'll build it together.

Customer → product → shop → launch.
