Sound familiar?

You're doing everything right on Etsy. It still doesn't add up.

  • Some months are great, some are nothing, and search decides which one you get.
  • Order after order, and you still can't email a single buyer. They're Etsy's customers, not yours.
  • New listing, new ad, new hope. Nothing carries over to next month.

None of that is a talent problem. It's that you own none of it. You don't have to quit Etsy to fix it. Keep it as long as it pays you.

Your roadmap, already built

6 modules. One path. One Launch Day.

You don’t need more information. You need an order.

Show up and build it with us. We’ll walk you step by step.

We build one business where each piece supports the next: your brand, your shop, your list, your products, and the club that keeps your best customers close.

You already know the map

MEET → MAKE → MOVE → MONEY

01

Meet

Meet the right customer and build a way to stay connected.

02

Make

Make products and a recurring offer that actually make sense for them.

03

Move

Move the business into the world with your own shop and a real launch.

04

Money

Turn it into revenue: your first orders on Launch Day, then repeat orders from the club your best customers pay for every month.

The map is built. Now let's go.

In Leverage, we take it step by step, together, all the way to Launch Day.

What we build together

Your People

A list of people who love your stuff and you can reach again.

Your Products

Things designed for the people you actually serve.

Your Monthly Club

A print club, snail mail club, or membership your best customers pay for every month, set up step by step the same way I run mine.

Your Shop & System

Your own shop and a way of running it you never have to reinvent.

You can start with the audience you have right now, no matter how small.

And you won't build any of it alone. My team and I will be there the whole way.

You Make Things People LOVE

01

A good month still doesn't feel safe

Some months are great. Some are quiet. And you never really know whether you can do it again next month.

02

Every new thing comes with another selling job

Make it. Post it. Launch it. Find the buyers. Then do it again. Pretty soon, you're doing everything except making art.

03

Your best customers disappear back into the crowd

Someone buys, but you may have no simple way to stay connected, show them what comes next, or give them a reason to come back.

Talent was never the problem.

You already have the talent.
What you need is the structure.

Your own shop. Your own list. A reason for customers to buy again and again. Leverage is what lets one good piece of art, one good product, or one good customer relationship do more than one job.

50 founding spots No paid ads 80 active members

This summer, I opened 50 founding spots for a tiny print club called Bloomfield Diaries.

I offered it to the people already following along and my email subscribers. No paid ads.

By month three, it had 80 active members paying every month.

This is my experience, not a guarantee of yours.

You do not need a warehouse and a team to begin.

One table. One planned ship day. One repeatable rhythm.

I batch the physical fulfillment into one planned ship day at a little table in my office. The whole thing runs on a simple, repeatable rhythm we plan in advance.

The Front Door Effect

4 years of customer data

This is the number that changed how I run my whole business

The Club Is Your FRONT Door

For years, I thought the obvious value of a club was the monthly recurring revenue. Then I looked at four years of data from my own business.

<9%

Less than 9% of our DTC customers are club members.

~50%

Yet they account for roughly half of Gingiber's DTC revenue.

A Gingiber June print club art print

And they do more than subscribe

Cross-Buy

~60%

Around 60% of them come back and buy other Gingiber products, too.

Customer Value

~10×

Club members are worth about ten times as much over the full customer relationship.

*These figures reflect results from my own business and are shared for illustration only. They are not typical-results claims or a guarantee of what you will earn.

Think of your business like a house. The club gives your customer one clear front door. She knows where to start. Leverage builds everything behind that door: who you're selling to, what you're selling, how she finds you, how she buys, and what gives her a reason to come back.

What the numbers actually mean

The recurring payment isn't even the best part.

A club keeps your best customers close, so your next launch starts with people who already said yes.

The goal isn't simply to get someone to subscribe. It's to give your best customers a reason to buy again and again from you.

Proof it works

You don't have to start over every month.

Some of your customers are already there. They stay. They order again.

Next month doesn't begin at zero.

What recurring really means

Your next sale can come from someone who already said yes.

Most of our 2025 Tea Towel Club revenue came from customers who were already in the club.

They didn't have to find us again. We didn't have to start the relationship over again.

They were already in.

This isn't for everyone

Who this is for

A happy Gingiber package ready to ship
  • If your primary business is teaching online courses, the core Leverage curriculum isn't built around that model. We do include a new bonus masterclass on turning what you know into an online offer.
  • This is done with you, not for you. You get the tools, the videos, and live calls. You still need to show up.
  • Already running a 7-figure brand with a team? You may be past this. This room is for sellers building the foundation.

If none of those rule you out, this was built for you.

This is for Etsy sellers who are ready to get organized, make consistent sales, and build a shop and customer list you actually own.

You want a clear plan
You want to sell what you make
You want to build with support

If the money isn't there this year, don't buy it. Come back when the time is right.

Before You Ask

Is this for a beginner? +

Yes. The first two steps give a beginner the setup most people skip: your business basics, your accounts, ten pieces of art in one folder, your first five messages sent. If you've never sold a thing, you start there. You're not behind.

What about digital products? +

Yes. You'll build your product page on Etsy, Shopify, or your own site instead of SnailMailHQ. Same dates. Same build. Same November 6 launch.

I already have a shop. +

Good. You're building your November 6 release on the shop you already have. Skip the setup lessons you don't need and jump into the pieces that move your business forward.

Will this work for what I make? +

If someone can buy something from you, it's the same build: prints, originals, cards, patterns, jewelry, wooden things, digital things, food, candles.

The core Leverage curriculum is built around selling art and creative products, not building an online course business. But new this year, you'll also get From Artist to Educator, a bonus masterclass on turning what you know into an online offer. One honest exception: if you sell a service with nothing to ship or download, this isn't the year for you.

I don't have a big audience. +

You don't need tens of thousands of followers before you're allowed to build a business. You need the right people, and building that list is part of the class.

I'm terrible at marketing. +

Marketing gets a whole lot easier when you're clear about what you're selling and why somebody wants it. That clarity is what we build first.

I don't have time to create a product in six weeks. +

You don't have to start from scratch. If you already have something you make or sell, you can use it. If you're starting something new, we'll help you choose a product with a realistic timeline for November 6, including products that can be produced quickly or launched as a preorder.

You can begin with what you know now. Then, as you learn more about your customer inside Leverage, you'll use that information to make your next product even stronger.

I can't ship things / I'm outside the US. +

Mail is one option, not the only one. Digital, printable, print-on-demand and made-to-order all work on the platform, and the coach team has students launching from the UK, Poland, Denmark and beyond.

What are the dates, and how many hours a week? +

The class runs six weeks, and modules land weekly on Mondays. Module 1 is Oct 5; Launch Day is Friday, Nov 6.

Live calls are Thursdays at 2 PM Central with Stacie, Fridays at 4 PM Central for Mindset Reset with Debby Lightman, and Wednesdays at 1 PM Central for guest interviews in Modules 3 and 4. Kick-off is Thursday Oct 1 at 2 PM Central; Graduation is Thursday Nov 12 at 1 PM Central.

And every call is recorded , with the replay and transcript within a day (tech permitting), so your schedule or time zone can't cost you the answer.

Plan on five to ten hours a week.

What if my product isn't ready by November 6? +

You still launch. Launch Day means your club page is live with a price, a working checkout, and a first ship date. Your first item can ship after Launch Day; plenty of clubs open for orders before the first box goes out.

What you can't do is wait until it's perfect. We'd rather you launch a real page in November than a perfect one never.

Where can I see the full curriculum? +

Right here: the full syllabus is above, every module and every date.

I've taken Leverage before. +

Don't buy through this page. Email [email protected] for your alumni rate.

I applied for a scholarship. Should I wait? +

No need to wait. Scholarship winners have already been announced. If you were awarded one after enrolling, we refunded you in full.

Can I buy after Sept 25? +

No. The cart closes Friday, Sept 25 at 11:59 PM Central, or when seats are gone, whichever comes first. The price never drops, so there is nothing to wait for.

What if I fall behind? +

Every call has a replay and transcript within a day (barring the rare technical hiccup), the coach team answers within 24 hours, and you keep lifetime access to your version of the course.

One last thing

By November 6, It's Built

A year will pass either way. You can keep thinking about this. Or you can build it.

This is the year you build it.

In six weeks, your shop can be live. Your first product can be for sale. And your best customers can have a reason to come back.

Then you do it again. A second launch. A third. Maybe a club your best customers stay in for years.

The build takes six weeks. The payoff takes the year.

You already have enough to start. Pick one product. Show up. We'll build it together.
