SOUND FAMILIAR?
You just can't seem to make the money feel steady.
A good month doesn't make you feel safe.
Some months are great. Some are quiet. And you never really know whether you can do it again next month.
Every new thing seems to come with another selling job.
Make it. Post it. Launch it. Find the buyers. Then do it again.
You keep making more because you don't know what else to change.
More products. More content. More ideas. More work.
How long am I going to keep working this hard before this actually feels like a business?
You probably do not need to work harder.

What if next month's product already had customers waiting for it?
With a traditional product:
You make the thing.
You find the people who will buy it.
Then you make the next thing and go find buyers again.
A recurring product works differently.
You still make something good.
You still market.
People still leave and new people still join.
But the people who stay are already waiting for what comes next.
The next piece doesn't have to begin as inventory looking for a customer.
That is repeatable income.
Not passive income.
Not magic.
A customer relationship that can carry forward.
This summer, my daughter and I started a tiny print club called Bloomfield Diaries.
The profit goes toward her college fund. I launched it to the followers and email subscribers I already had, with no paid ad spend to launch, and sold the spots I opened.
Inside Gingiber, my Tea Towel Club taught me something even more valuable than monthly revenue. It taught me what recurring customers can become.
Club members are worth about four times as much over the full customer relationship.
of club members also buy Gingiber products outside their subscription.
Club members are less than 9% of Gingiber customers and generate roughly half of Gingiber revenue.
of our 2025 subscription revenue came from existing members renewing.
It means everybody does not have to say yes again from the beginning every month.
Based on Gingiber historical customer data and 2025 subscription data. These are results from my business, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

You just need something you make, or genuinely want to make, that someone would want to buy, receive, collect, or come back for.
One much clearer picture of what comes next.
CLASS 1 · SEPTEMBER 16
The Small Thing That Pays You Every Month
I’ll take one old watercolor and show you six different ways it could make money, then ask the question that changed how I think about revenue:
What can I do today that makes next month easier?
YOU LEAVE BELIEVING
“I don’t need everybody. I need a reason for the right people to come back.”
CLASS 2 · SEPTEMBER 18
You've Been Doing It Backwards
See why making more can actually keep you overwhelmed, and learn the simple order I wish somebody had handed me years ago:
MEET → MAKE → MOVE
YOU LEAVE THINKING
“Maybe I’m not bad at business. Maybe I just needed the order.”
CLASS 3 · SEPTEMBER 21
Choose Yourself
See how your customer, products, list, shop, recurring income, systems and launch actually fit together, and watch me build one piece on screen.
So the work you do today can keep helping your business tomorrow.
YOU LEAVE KNOWING
What you actually need to build next.

What is future-you going to wish you had started sooner?
A year is going to pass either way.
You can spend it making, posting, launching and figuring out the next thing, or you can start building pieces your future business gets to keep.
You do not need a giant audience.
Meet the right people.
Make something they want.
Give them a reason to come back.
Is this really free?
Do I need a big following or an existing shop?
I haven't sold anything yet. Am I too early?
What kind of creators is this for?
Is this just about starting a mail club?
Does recurring revenue mean people never cancel?
Does this mean running a club takes one day a month?
Is this an art licensing class?
What if I cannot watch when each class drops?
Does this use AI?
