Want to Work More Closely With Me?

If you've already built a creative business that's working and you're ready for more direct support deciding what comes next, I'm opening a small number of spots to work more closely with me.

This is for founders who are past β€œHow do I start?” and are now facing a different kind of question: β€œWhat do I do next?”

Enter your name and email and I’ll take you straight to my calendar to choose a time.
I'm keeping this intentionally small.

You've already built something real.

You have customers. You've sold something. You know people will pay for what you've built.

But now the questions are different.

What should I focus on next?

Which opportunity is actually worth pursuing?

What should I keep β€” and what is it time to stop?

Those are the kinds of conversations I want to have.

I'm opening up closer access to a small number of creative founders who want my eyes on their business, direct feedback and another experienced perspective on the decisions they're making.

If you're already in motion and this sounds like the kind of support you've been looking for, I'd like to hear about your business.

A NOTE FROM STACIE

You may know me from Gingiber, Leverage Your Art or my book The Artist's Side Hustle.

I've spent about 17 years building creative businesses: products, education, licensing, recurring revenue, launches, memberships and software.

The hardest part isn't coming up with another idea. It's knowing which idea deserves your attention.

Some of the best decisions I've made were about what to pursue.

Some were about what to stop.

And some were about realizing that something that worked beautifully for years didn't make sense anymore.

That's the kind of conversation I want to have with founders at this stage.

I want to be able to look at what you've built and help you think through:

  • What stays?
  • What changes?
  • What goes?
  • What is worth betting on next?

Not another giant list of things to do. A closer, more useful business conversation.
